Does Held take a percentage of my bookings?
Held charges 5% on Free and 0% on Pro. Processor fees are separate. Deposits go to you. Pro is $12/month or $99/year (USD).
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is $0/month with a 5% Held fee. Pro is $12/month with 0% Held fee. Processor fees apply on both plans.
Where can I take deposits?
Professionals in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Côte d’Ivoire. Clients can book from anywhere.
