The deposit confirms the booking. Card, transfer, or USSD where Paystack allows it. Deposits pay out to banks in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Côte d’Ivoire. Clients can book from anywhere.
4. You get on with the work
The booking lands in your schedule. The client gets confirmation. You can connect Google Calendar so new bookings land there. WhatsApp stays for the work, not for hunting a yes.

Clients pay their deposit through Paystack. The payment goes to you. Free is $0 a month with a 5% Held fee on successful payments. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year with a 0% Held fee. Payment processor fees are separate. Processor fees stay with Paystack.

Is Held like Calendly?
Calendly is a calendar and scheduling tool. Held is a booking page that combines scheduling with a deposit. The deposit is what turns a maybe into a booking.
Is Held like WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is where you talk to the client. Held is where they book. Chat can stay the conversation. Checkout is for the commitment. Held does not replace WhatsApp.
Is Held a marketplace?
No. Held is not a marketplace competing for your clients. You bring the client. You keep the booking. Held provides the booking page, the schedule, and the deposit. What if they do not show?
The deposit already landed with you through Paystack. Held does not hold it as escrow. You mark the visit in your dashboard. Refunds, if any, are between you and the client.
